Mood Tracker Instructions
Welcome to Your Personal Mood Tracker
This template provides a simple yet effective way to monitor your daily emotional well-being. By tracking your mood consistently, you'll gain valuable insights into your emotional patterns and triggers.
How the Rating System Works
- Scale Range: 1-10 points
- Rating 1: Represents your lowest mood of the day
- Rating 10: Represents your highest or most positive mood
- Mid-range values (2-9): Capture the various emotional states between these extremes
Getting Started
- Choose a consistent time each day to record your mood (e.g., before bed)
- Reflect on your overall day and how you felt emotionally
- Select the number that best represents your dominant mood
- Add optional notes to capture specific events or thoughts that influenced your mood
Database Information
- Default limit: 50 entries
- Tip: When you reach the limit, consider exporting your data or adjusting the database settings to accommodate more entries
Tips for Success
- Be honest with your ratings
- Don't overthink the number - go with your initial instinct
- Look for patterns over time rather than focusing on individual days
